First, allow me to introduce myself and Magic Makers to you. My love of magic goes back many years, to when I started performing as a teenager in the small town of Amherst, Nova Scotia, where I grew up. There were no magic shops -- even the library had a limited number of books, which I had read several times. I decided to make my own props, and pretty soon I discovered I had a knack for building large stage illusions.
